This piece took well over 40 hours to plan and execute. It is one of the very first pieces I have made that doesn’t have a secondary function. With that in mind, I designed this skull to have different perspectives from each side of the skull, giving it a bit more dimension. On one side the view is at ground level looking through the grasses and flowers, and on the other side, the view is looking down at a fawn drinking from the river. On the bridge of the nose is where both side collide and lead your eyes up towards Mt. Bachelor.
